National Health Service complaints and the Ombudsman
In my opinion, the Ombudsman speaks really clearly, it is easy to understand and very well structured. From what I can understand, the main conclusion she reaches is that hospitals should be more available for users to complain; and use those complaints as a feedback in order to improve their services.
